FTP issues with archival upload

Hi friends, One day i have faced a strange issue while uploading archival files on one of our FTP site. Details of the issue and solution are given below.

Issue Reported: Archives uploaded through FTP on our cloud server are getting corrupt and cannot be extract.
Our Observations:

1. Observed that when we upload the file it says transferred successfully, but actually the file is not getting fully transferred. You can see the size difference between “*erie.rar” file at local and remote end.

2. Observed that we are facing this issue on our cloud servers only. Excepts few

Workarounds:
1. Tried changing some settings in IIS FTP Server.
2. Tried Shifting the ftp site from IISFTP to FileZilla FTP server.
3. Tried changing the Transfer type Auto, Binary, Text.
4. Tried Changing the Transfer mode Passive, Active.
5. Verified if any network issues.
6. Tried using different FTP client.
7. Tried uploading different archival files.
8. Tried uploading same file on other server`s FTP server (It was successful)

Solution: Disabling TCP Offloading on Server
Disable TCP Offloading Steps
1.       In the Windows server, open the Control Panel and select Network Settings > Change Adapter Settings.

 2.       Right-click on each of the adapter select Configure from the Networking menu, and then click the Advanced tab. The TCP offload settings are listed for the Citrix adapter.

3.       Disable each of the following TCP offload options, and then click OK:
A.      IPv4 Checksum Offload
B.      Large Receive Offload
C.      Large Send Offload
D.      TCP Checksum Offload
